I seek moral, financial and practical help and support to set up and run a 'visionary' project, a clean, peaceful, calm, welcoming and friendly social centre. 'The Haven ' will offer creative writing with art and music, language tuition, board games, reading, a book swap, story telling, an open microphone, a café with round tables and matching comfortable chairs, high backed 'winged' chairs in hygienic material, to encourage visitors (all welcome) to feel at home, comfortable, and encouraged 'to linger'. Artists will be able to display their work and paint murals of local rural scenes on pastel coloured walls in a bright, light environment, where low volume background c.d.'s of natural sounds: bird song, oceans and running water, will be played.I envision a quiet corner, integral to the main facility for private, confidential conversation-counsel, a place where visitors can prepare and share food and,
