My husband, 5 year old son, and I are currently seeking a 2 bed house in the basildon area. My husband is permanently disabled, from birth therefore we have an indefinite award for dss and other benefits. Our son is in Lee chapel primary school, and we can provide an excellent reference from our current landlord, to whom our rent has been paid directly to, with no issues, for the last 4 years. The only reason for moving is that the landlord is selling his excess properties. We can provide rent in advance and deposit, plus working guarantor if needed.
