The rent is £86p/w. Im a non smoker and the pet has been pet free. The house has neutral decor and carpets throughout. It has central heating and is a lovely cosy home. The kitchen and lounge are a fair size. the 2 bedrooms are both double rooms. the bathroom is ample size and there are storage cupbaords and the loft is boarded out. There is lots of space in the garden and to the side of the property too. The property is close to all amenities and is only a 10 min walk to the sea. I am looking to move closer to the Hove/Portslade area to be closer to my family. I will be interested in a 2/3 bed house, however I may consider flats in the Ingram Crescent estate (with a balcony).
