I'm looking for a two (or more) bedroom property for my partner, our 6 year old son and I. I am in a full time office managerial position in Brighton and my partner is starting her masters in Falmer in September, whilst our son is currently jobless and freeloading.
Our current contract expires on 31st October 2016. We have a rental budget of £950 pcm, with possibility to stretch for the right place. We are looking in Brighton, Hove, Falmer, Moulsecoomd, Bevendean or Lewes.
We have excellent tenancy references and credit scores.
