I'm looking for two people to rent two very good size double rooms in a lovely 3 bed house in the Hanover/Queens Park area. The house is a three storey terrace with a small garden. On street parking is unrestricted. Lounge/dining room with access to garden on ground floor with a couple of steps down to good sized kitchen (also with access to garden.) stairs to first floor with large, luxury bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. 2 x bedrooms Second floor is my room. Keen off road cyclist so out most weekends getting muddy but also a very sociable person (hence going for house share as opposed to my own place). Looking for people that are easy to get along with, clean and tidy and up for a laugh. Someone that will take a bit of pride in how their HOME is kept. Veggies are welcome but I'm certainly not one! Both available rooms are a good size, one has fitted wardrobes. The lounge/diner and kitchen will be communal areas and hopefully have a nice buzz to them as they should do, but of course your own privacy will be a given as and when you wish. The garden WILL be a chilled little place too when it's sorted and if you're a smoker this is where you'll be (desperately trying to give up for good so no smoking in house whatsoever!!!) Carlyle Street is a quiet residential street that runs between Elm Grove and Queeens Park road, house is at the Queens Park Rd end so there are plenty of convenience stores/pubs etc right nearby. The price will include ALL bills (though telephone is TBC depending on what deal I can get) Can't get any decent photos yet but can do viewings/meets this week Ideally you will be moved in at the latest by end Nov.
