Hi I am looking to rent a 2 bedroom property for myself and my 2 year old son! I work part time in brighton 21 hours a week helping young people in the community! I recently re located from south london and wanted to get back into work after taking time out to be a stay at home mum. Which I have experienced a very difficult time financially. I have worked since the age of 16 always paid bills and rent! I am now back on my feet with work but now finding no one able to give me the opportunity to rent in brighton and hove area due to me being part time and receiving tax credit top up! I have been looking the past 2 months and have been let down several times which is becoming extremely disheartening. I can afford £850pcm max I have depoist and rent in advance and references work and landlord! I am looking for anyone to give me the opportunity for me and my son to settle in the community I have made decision to re locate for better opportunities for myself and my son and to get the fresh start we need.
