As you go into the door you have the seating area on your left, this also converts into a double bed. Straight ahead of you you will see the kitchen which consists of a sink with hot & cold water, a 3 way fridge and a full cooker (hobs, grill & oven). Just behind you you have a large worktop area with a space heater. At the rear of the caravan you have a large wardrobe, fixed double bed, sink with hot & cold water, separate room with a shower & toilet. This caravan also comes with a motor mover and 2 awnings, a full awning and a porch awning. Comes with a gas bottle, battery, water carrier, electric hook up lead. It was serviced in 2016 and has lots of paperwork. We will carry out a gas tightness test, appliance test, electric test & water test and a report will be passed on to the new owners.
