We live at the top end of Farley bank Hastings have a 3 double bedrooms with a very large kitchen and also a big front room. It is very clean, pet free and smoke free. I have 2 toilets one on the top floor and one on the bottom floor. Also there is a cupboard downstairs which is a fairly good size which could use as a little games room or could be used as a storage room. I have a garden which is small in size but it still usable in the summer time big enough for a table and chairs. I am walking distance from the town centre and west hill also the old town there are many school around near which are also walking distance and local shops and bus stops are near, There is also plenty of parking out side the front. My reason for moving is I would like to move out of Hastings to be closer to family.
