I am currently looking for a 3 bedroom house to rent in Eastbourne for myself and my 3 children. At present I privately rent a small 2 bedroom 1st floor flat in the south harbour where space is next to none as you will see from the photos attached to this advertisement. I have been a tenant here for 5 years in August but now require a long term property that will meet my families needs of an extra room. I am in receipt of housing benefit which is paid directly to my landlord and I can also offer to pay for a rent guarantee insurance policy for extra security.
