3 or 4 Bed Home Wanted for a family. Preferably a bungalow or house with bedroom and bathroom on ground floor but will consider anything. Preferably Saltdean/Woodingdean/Peacehaven areas but again will consider any where around Brighton area. We are a family with pets and we are looking to move around the end of May.
We have lived where we are now for 4 years and the reason we have to move is because the landlord needs the house back for his daughter who is in need of housing for herself and her baby.
Previously we lived in our last house for 16 years and had 2 landlords whilst there, 1 for around 4/5 years and the 2nd for the remaining 11/12 years and the only reason we had to move then is because the landlord gave up his lease on the property.
We see ourselves as good tenants, we completely decorated and carpeted the house we are in now when we moved in and have only phoned our landlord twice in the 4 years here for repairs needing doing, firstly for fences that blew down which we then paid for and replaced ourselves anyway and secondly for a blocked outside drain which I had tried to unblock myself but unfortunately could not. We don't feel the need to bother our landlords with things we can do ourselves. We are able to pay 1 month in advance and 1 month as a deposit plus reasonable letting agents/referencing fees.
We are able to pay UP TO £1250 depending on the property and are looking for a long let. I know this is possibly a little low for central Brighton areas but have seen properties in the areas preferred below this cost occasionally. Please do let me know if you think you have somewhere for.
