Four double bedrooms are available near Sainsbury's Lewes Road from mid-September on one year contract. Rooms can be let to four individual students or a group of four students.
The house is located within 8 minutes walk from Sainsbury's Lewes Road, which is serviced by numerous bus routes, including No. 25 buses to the universities. The nearest bus stop from the house is only a minute away, which is serviced by No. 50. The house is also very close to London Road Station.
We have a kitchen, bathroom, and all mod cons including high speed broadband.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, washing machine, and two fridge-freezers. It has a dining area and plenty of storage room.
The bathroom has a toilet, washbowl, and bath with shower.
All the bedrooms are fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. All the bedrooms have a lock on the door. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom.
Rent is £100 per week (excluding bills) and a deposit of £400 is also required. Bills are £20 per week.
We will secure the room for you once we confirm the deposit payment which can be paid via bank transfer or Paypal. The rent and utility bills are collected every four weeks. The first four weeks' payment has to be made before/when we hand you the keys for the property.
We are seeking mature students who will stay for the whole academic year.
