Dual fuel water heater, Truma gas fire with room sealed burner and flue, blown hot air heating (never used, so unsure if it works), cooker/oven, microwave, under counter fridge/freezer, status aerial plus booster. Now for the faults The shower tray has small cracks in it and the large front window is cracked but replacements are available on Ebay £95 onwards. Obviously this is reflected in the price.
