About the caravan

8 berth, 3 bedroom caravan forsale in the Isle of Wight. The caravan is situated on Sandhills caravan park. The caravan park has its own private beach, cafe/restaurant on beach with sea views, shop, park, launderette. My caravan is based near the back of the park, it has one caravan next to it but no caravans the other side so it leaves you with a nice big area to play games and park cars. We are a 2 minute walk to the parks private beach and close to all of the parks amenities.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms. Seperate WC and seperate shower room. It comes equipped with everything that you will need to either rent the caravan out or stay in it yourself. It has all cooking utensils, a microwave, cooker, bedding, iron, tv and many more extras. The caravan has a varander around it which is perfect to sit on during those summer evenings.
I have recently paid this years ground rent so it's all up to dat for the year. The year runs from March 1st until October 31st.
I rented it out all year last year for £595 a week in peak months.
I have bookings already this year.
The caravan has 10 years left on the park and this can be extended.
