I'm selling equipment I don't use much any more and now that most of the spool tapes have been sold it's time for it to go. Good working order - plays and records well and the fast-forward and rewind motors are quicker than my first GX-650D. Cosmetically it's in good condition with no veneer missing on the case and no scratches on the fascia although there are some blemishes on the metal surfaces of the VU meters - exactly the same place as on my first machine. Brief specification as follows:- GX heads, speeds 15/7.5/3.75 ips, Sound-On-Sound, frequency response 30Hz-30kHz +/- 3dB @ 15ips - see photo of Technical Data for more info. Comes with 2 AKAI NAB adaptors. The instruction manual is only in fair condition. No tapes included. I will demo with one of the tapes I have left but it's not high quality. If you have your own good quality tape - maybe TDK or Maxell? - and an empty spool please bring them along. It's a heavy machine, weighing in at nearly 58lbs. Cash on.
