in Bourne street, has a balcony at the flat, ground level, flat is 5 mins from the beach and 2 mins walk to the town center. Green at the back of the flat is for my own use no other tenant uses it. Has walk in shower no bath, it was adapted for an elderly person. Kitchen was new a few years or so ago. Nice flat and very quiet neighbors, there are no kids or youths that live in the block. Needs to be in Eastbourne or near to it. This is a council.
