Regency at Paradise Court resort is located in the sunny Costa Adeje, Tenerife, Canary Islands, 20 mins from the airport. The place is part of the well-known Playa de las Americas, south-west of the island. It is in driving distance to Teide National Park, which is a must. El Teide is Spain’s highest peak (3,718-metre or 12,198 ft). The resort was built on the slope of a hill, overlooking the ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera (worth visiting). There are several beaches nearby in walking distance. There are two water parks nearby - Aqualand (with a dolphin show)has many attractions (good choices for a family trip) and is within walking distance, and Siam Park (a very big aquapark) as well as shops and restaurants. Families/couples can also visit Jungle Park (a very nice zoo nearby), Loro Parque is a must (amazing zoo with lots of parrots, dolphin, killer whale and sea lion shows). There are bus shuttles to all of these places from the hotel. There is a pool and a convenience store/bar available on the premises. The access road with parking (Calle Irlanda) is a dead end street and the neighbourhood is very quiet for such a populated resort. Those loving night entertainment, performing artists, karaoke etc. can be enjoyed in the 'mother' resort Regency Club, a few hundred yards away. The apartment is a one-bedroom unit with a bed for two, bathroom, separate living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Another two persons can sleep on a foldaway bed, there is a spacious balcony with an outdoor table, chairs, parasol and a pleasant sea-view. There are also ceiling fans, a TV set, safe deposit box, telephone and a hair dryer. Our week is in November (46th week) in high or red season.
