Hello Here is the iPhone 4s and it is in excellent condition, from what where I can see that there are no scratches as it has been used with silicone case and screen protector. Sorry no headphones due to hygiene reasons as you can get these from eBay at a cheaper cost. There is a small chip on the bottom of the phone as you can see the photo.
