Welcome to the home of B Inspired Hair & Beauty!
A unique initiative developed by fundraising entrepreneur and media spokesperson for Brain Tumour Awareness, Lisa Connell. B Inspired Hair & Beauty was a vision created by Lisa through her own personal journey of having an inoperable brain tumour.
Now a qualified hairdresser & beautician, Lisa Connell has been trained in the latest on-trend celebrity-endorsed beauty treatments by the industry leaders, giving Lisa the ability to reach her dream, when diagnosed in 2006 to not be reliant on state benefits and to become self-sufficient once qualified.
Lisa has been trained by one of the world’s leading permanent cosmetic make-up artists, Nilam Patel, in conjunction with the Nouveau Beauty Group, the leaders in the beauty and permanent cosmetics industry. She has also been supported by Hair Solved a company dedicated to provide solutions for female hair loss, one that can change's women's life's forever whom trained Lisa in a superior technique to applying Hair extensions without the need for heat or glue.
Since her diagnosis, Lisa's work has been widely showcased in the press and on television, along with her own inspirational story of a young woman fighting the terminal illness (Brain Cancer). Through her creative initiatives Lisa will be offering treatments to those affected by this disease by donating her own personal income to pay for FREE treatments to those people she has come into contact with going through similar circumstances to herself.
Another fundraising initiative created by Lisa, is the original online auction dating site, Rent A Date For Charity, which has been widely featured in the press. Lisa was also nominated in the Inspiration Awards in 2012, whilst at the time she was recovering from major surgery to reduce the size of her tumour.
