Here is our Bailey Olympus 464 fixed bed caravan for sale.
The van is a 2010 Alu-tech model purchased new in May 2010, and in addition to the standard fittings for this model it comes with:
Concept KEL 2000 alarm (with leg winding detection, brake activation detection and interior sensor and remote awning light activation - comes with two remotes),
Two locking wheel-nuts per wheel (with two key fittings),
An Al-ko hitchlock with two keys,
Bulldog make locking winter-wheels with two keys (and I'll throw in a wheelclamp if you want it - it is usable but looks a bit tatty),
Corner steady raising blocks and corner steady feet,
Kojack caravan jack,
Water and waste roll-alongs and a spare set of carpets.
The truma regulator was changed in November 2014 (due to common failure issue of oiling up)
The caravan has been serviced every year by Bailey approved workshop and has been kept in excellent condition inside and out. (Next service due in May this year to keep the 10 year water ingress warranty alive).
The van has not been smoked in and there have been no pets. CRIS registration is present.
Negative points - there is a small crack on the rear nearside corner plastic moulding and one of the plastic clips on a fridge shelf is broken. Both these parts can be easily replaced if need be. There are a few very small stone dents to the front panel (as with many caravans that travel a bit!!) and the Mark II had thicker plastic panels stuck to the front to overcome this. Where I had a Caravanstore Zip awning fitted, there is a small mark where the small clamp was fitted to awning rail but the side panel paintwork has been protected with small self-adhesive plastic patches (that are stained a little).
