A very clean and well presented five berth Bailey. Built in 1995. Twin dinette layout with tables at each end that convert into double beds with a full width bunk above the rear bed if needed. Comes with a full Bradcot awning (aluminium poles) including a Bradcot bedroom annexe with inner, all in excellent condition. Also includes Aqua roll, waste hog, breathable ground sheet, gound pegs, gas bottle, electric hook up with mains adaptor, TV aerial/booster, all water pipes and pump. Kettle, toaster, pots, pans, utensils plus includes a microwave. All you need to hook up and go. Last season new heavy duty tyres were fitted and whilst they were off the hub bearings were checked and the brakes adjusted/checked. An Alko AKS3000 stabiliser hitch was fitted(not cheap) so you don't need an annoying stabiliser bar. Milenco sold secure hitch lock also included. As is common there were soft patches in the floor when we bought it. With much time and cost the entire length of the caravan floor was injected with polyurethene resin to stabilise it then topped with proper laminate flooring(not vinyl). Now rock solid! Extra sockets/ lights fitted to accomodate all the gadgets we have these days. We purchased the van off of a family member so know that the van although covered by an included cover now was always stored inside a dry barn hence no damp which is always the big concern. Water filter will be replaced before sale and water system will be cleaned through. Regretable sale after everything that's been done but the opportunity arose and we've purchased a larger twin axle van so it has to go.
