2011 Bailey Unicorn Barcelona. Immaculate caravan, sited on a hardstanding seasonal pitch since new. Included with the caravan:

The flooring in the awning is incredible, a lot of thought and attention to detail has gone into this. There are 6 sockets in the awning, which connect to a standard caravan-site 16amp supply. All the awning furniture and lights are included.
The caravan has been damp tested and is completely dry. Comes with full service history and 5 years Bailey water ingress warrantee still remaining.
To the front of the caravan are two long daybeds, which can be converted into a good size double if you so wish. You have overhead lockers for storage, and a large Heiki roof light lets natural daylight flood in.
To the rear of the caravan is a large washroom/dressing room. This consists of a Thetford swivel cassette toilet with electric flush, vanity sink and separate walk in shower cubicle. You have a mini roof light in the shower cubicle to give you extra natural daylight, a wall cabinet for storage, along with a shelf, there is a lift up cabinet that houses a laundry hamper, and you have the added benefit of an Alde heated towel rail.
Moving out of the washroom is the bedroom area. Here you will find a fixed double bed with space underneath for storage. A large Heiki tilting sun roof allows lots of natural light in, overhead lockers sort out your storage needs, along with a good size wardrobe. Above the foot of the bed there is a flat screen tv on a wall bracket. You have a concertina screen that can be pulled across on an evening giving privacy to sleeping occupants and an en-suite arrangement.
Next you will find the kitchen. This comprises of a Thetford Midi Prima Mk III domestic style oven and grill, 4 burner gas hob with flush fitting glass lid, sink with detachable drainer, 800w microwave, and large fridge with separate freezer. You have a midi roof light for extra natural light, and a range of cupboards and overhead lockers for storage. Adjacent to the fridge freezer, there is a small cupboard with a 240v electric socket, 12v electric socket and aerial point above it, making this the perfect place for siting your tv.
