I’m looking to put together a 4 piece band (possibly add a sax player down the line) Approx 3 - 6 months of rehearsals then on to pub gigs & when more experienced the club circuit. The aim is to be a fun, tight band playing rock n roll, blues, fun numbers, with lots of medleys, no awkward pauses Scripted humorous banter for in between some songs, important to look like we're having fun & important we ARE having fun. Run the band via a shared diary. If no one is booked out then we can take a gig for that date. 10% of gig total to whoever gets the gig. Some money from early gigs to go towards, web site, business cards etc. I have par cans & various other lights for effects. I also have a PA suitable for medium sized pubs. I’d take front man plus I play keyboard (badly) Be nice if we could all share singing duties.
