In the Medieval village of Cogolin just 20 mins from St. Tropez and all its famous beaches is our beautiful family villa which sleeps 6 people comfortably. You are 5 to 10 mins walk away from the nearest shop.
It has its own private Swimming Pool (8m x 4m 1.50 deep) which is fenced off from the terrace with a locked child safety gate and there is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher/washing machine.
Downstairs there is a large dining area and lounge with plasma screen sky satellite T.V. separate bathroom and guest toilet
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms (with double beds) and a large bathroom with separate walk in shower unit, bath, sink and toilet.
Three patio doors open out onto a large south facing terrace with a corner barbecue and the Pool is situated on the lower terrace.
The house is available to rent all year and all facilities including bed linen/towels [except beach towels] are included in the price, but there is an added charge for cleaning.

Nov to February 1000 euros per week
April - May 1200 euros per week
June - September 1600 euros per week
July - August 2600 euros per week
