Overview: It is an attractive room in a pretty cottage: The cottage has a big garden, a well equiped kitchen, bath room with a Victorian style bath.
Location: The cottage is situated in Ovingdean, an area of natural beauty, near Rottingdean and the Mariner. It is a 7 minute bus drive from North street, but would suit a car driver. It is on a bus route, and is close to the beach. It is the same distance as Hove is from the centre of Brighton.
Parking: Ovingdean has free parking through out.
Bills: These are all included. This includes WIFI, and council tax.
Kitchen: Includes fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, cooker, microwave etc.
The Room: This pretty room has: a wardrobe, an aged pine desk, a chest of aged pine draws, a single bed with a new mattress, (with a handy draw). It has been newley redecorated. There is a port for the TV and there is free WIFI. It is 15ftx9ft
Owner: Teacher, but not necessarily looking for a professional person, just some one who is pleasant and relaxed.
No: Dogs or cats owners, DSS or smokers.
What is required: A one month deposit & proof of ID. Rent is paid in advance, one months notice must be given at the end. A licensee contract will be provided.
Who would this suit? A car driver, a contractor, a lover of the country side, a walker, a cyclist. There is however quite a good bus service.
