Milissa is in great condition having been recently anti-fouled and having the rear leg removed and various works carried out with over £1k spent this season alone. The aft seating has been recently re-upholstered, recent new curtains and cabin seating is in excellent condition

We have added 4 leisure batteries and full solar panel charging system with multiple 12V sockets around the boat giving plenty of power all the time, there is also a 240V shore power hook up

Milissa has good sized living accomodation With plenty of seating areas and storage, full sized wardrobe and under seat storage, the bow seating area converts to a big double, the galley seating area converts to a smaller double and the aft seating folds to form another double or sunbed

The galley has a gas oven, grill and 2 gas hobs, sink and plenty of storage

There is a recent jabsco manual toilet and sink in the heads compartment,

All pushed along nicely by a Volvo 5.7l V8 260BHP Engine with Volvo Penta stern drive all in great order and runs like a dream with recent carb overhaul, exhaust bellow upgrade, water pump, distributor cap and rotor, trim tabs, new dash gauges, fish finder and Garmin GPS, hand held radio and fixed radio (currently not working)

CD player with Aux input, new marine speakers in aft, good speakers in galley area, flat screen TV with built in DVD player

Canopy in excellent condition, also has winter canopy in good condition, 2 anchors, 110L fresh water tank, 220L fuel tank
