Here we have my 318IS for sale. I am selling due to moving to Brighton and having no where to park!
Very reliable car in the year I have owned it, never had any trouble with it.
Passed its last MOT with only advisory as tyre changes which I had done with receipts and tracking alignment.
Water pump started making noises in may last year so I had it replaced, works well now.
In April last year the shocks top mounts and suspension arm on the near side needed replacing which again I have receipts for.
It has air con that works but needs re gassing, electric windows, electric wing mirror adjustments.
The alternator belt and air con belt were changed early last year again with receipts.
Interior is pretty clean, back seats in very good condition, passenger seat in pretty good condition, however the drivers seat is in a bad way with holes in the leather. But this is to be expected from a car of its age as i believe they are original M sport seats.
It is also worth mentioning that this car also has the M sport bodykit, along with its twin cam chain driven engine, so don't worry about the cam belt... ever! It also has a limited slip diff as it is the IS model.
It still has two green service lights on from its service in February, It also has xenon bulbs on the main, full beam and fog lights (which all work), standard on the side lights for the orangy glow.
Due to the age of this car it has picked up a few small age related marks, none of them major.
The drivers door lock sometimes docent lock, passenger works fine though. Passenger door trim sticks when door is opened. When I got the car i was only supplied with a service key, which means i do not have button press locking key, however the car does have this function if a correct key is coded.
Sadly the original head unit was missing when i got the car too, it now has a pretty good JVC head unit with aux input and all original speakers.
I have lots of old test certificates from well before I had the car along with all the original handbooks, which are all included in the sale.
