Originally registered in Germany on 31/03/1999 and imported into the UK by Bracken Motorcycle Workshop, London SE1, I’ve owned it since May 2001. I still have the original German log book, along with a whole file of paperwork documenting the bike’s history.
It’s well spec’d, having ABS, heated grips, a centre stand, and BMW system cases (which are currently in storage). It’s also fitted with a Hawk X60 immobiliser/alarm.
It was used mostly for cross-country commuting up until December 2010. Since then, it’s only clocked up about 1,000 miles per year. You can see this in the DVLA MOT history.
The front tyre has only c. 1,000 miles on it and the rear is new from this year’s MOT, which runs to April 2019. So that should be a year’s trouble-free riding. Everything is in full working order. Even the tool kit is complete.
This is the best road bike I have ever had and it’s a bit of wrench to let it go. Anyway, please feel free to call me for more.
