(I also have a smaller double room with single bed for 1 person, £105 pw, from 6th Dec) Furnished room for 1 or 2 persons. In shared 3-bedroom house.

Pay 2 weeks deposit (refundable when you move out). Pay 4 weeks rent in advance. One month's notice to leave. Share with one other lodger & myself.
