It is new in box and wrapping. Don't need to unlock. Not A fancy i phone and no blue tooth . It is a simple to use solid robust phone. Nice design and I have one which unlike my i phone has great lithium battery life. If your into high tech then this is not for you. If you need something solid and reliable its worth the money.
