Ideal for sea, shops, restaurants and everything else buzzing Brighton has to offer. Recently renovated to a high standard and newly listed, this small, comfortable, two bedroom house sleeps up to five people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other a double. There is also a guest chair folding mattress in the lounge. For such a central location it's amazingly quiet - and ideal if you wish to enjoy Brighton from the convenience of a central location. The seafront is just one minute's walk away at the end of the road - you can see the sea from the gate. Note that weekly rates may be cheaper than shown depending on whether it's high or low season. Please enjoy all the amenities the house provides. We have worked hard to create our ideal holiday home and to make it comfortable and relaxing for you. For a townhouse in such a central location it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful as it's tucked away in a secluded and private gated mews. Please maintain the unique, quiet ambiance of the communal courtyard. As the courtyard is a shared space, we do require you to be respectful of the neighbours. Our house is most definitely NOT suitable for rowdy groups.The Neighbourhood. If you have a car there is metered parking on the street and several seafront car parks nearby. We can also show you where you can park further away for free - which should be fine as you won't need your car during your stay.Interaction with Guests
