This is a very spacious sunny room with a king-sized bed, clothes rail, and desk. Features include a restored cast-iron fireplace (not working),with matching chests of drawers in the alcoves. The room spans the entire width of the house and has two windows - the curtains are cream coloured, but were being laundered when the pics were taken! The house is a pretty Victorian terrace in a quiet street halfway between 7dials and Hove Station, on the Brighton/Hove border.
As you can see, we have a shared living space and kitchen, which opens out onto a small terrace garden.
Facilities include: washing machine, wi-fi & TV.
The house has two bathrooms and the one shown is also used by the person renting the other bedroom on the same floor.
I have two gentle friendly dogs who enjoy making new friends, but won't pester you!
Seven Dials, Hove Station and also the beach are 10 mins walk. Buses at the end of the road.
The rent includes absolutely ALL bills! Refs required & deposit £600
Suit female non-smoker. Minimum stay 6 months.
