Sensu'Elle proudly presents...BURLESQUE SHOWCASE - A Sensational Evening of Student Debuts! 8pm Saturday 16th April 2016. I am absolutely thrilled that Aurora Galore has agreed to come to Bournemouth to be our Special Headlining Guest at our Burlesque Showcase and also to teach her two unique Workshops during the day!

Aurora Galore is currently Voted #1 Burlesque Performer in the UK and #15 Top Burlesque Performer in the world via 21st Century Burlesque as well as the current Winner of 'Most Innovative' Performer at the Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas. Aurora has also won the Stockholm Burlesque Festival's Tassel Twirling Competition in 2013 and Miss Paris Burlesque Festival in 2012. She is an exciting tattooed Fire and Burlesque Per...former whose influences stem from Haute Couture and avant garde fashion, turn-of-the-century Circus Freaks and a wide range of dance styles. Her performances vary from dark, outlandish dance acts to fire breathing finales and burlesque parodies. Aurora has a contemporary aesthetic, a modern soundtrack, and energetic acts that are full of power and pizzazz.

The evening will be hosted by our Compere Extraordinaire, a true West Sussex gem...the absolutely fabulous Dawn Gracie! She sings, she flings and be warned...she does all sorts of saucy things!
Dawn Gracie is an award winning cabaret performer with 'sassy' being her middle name. Known for her quick wit, love of audience participation and all round cheek, she will not only encourage you to holler for more, but she will draw you in with her renditions of well known vintage tunes and leave you utterly breathless!
