Depenidng on the state of the carpet we always pre-spray (at no extra cost unlike some other companies) and spot clean any marks or stains before using specifically suited detergent for the job at hand. Perhaps many of you have thought of hiring a rug doctor or similar but therereally isnt that much of a difference in price when you take the cost of all the extra chemicals and solutions you mave to purchase.
