To the front of the caravan is a good sized lounge with fitted seating, TV aerial already set up, loads of storage and TV unit, PLUS a double metal action fold out bed in the sofa.
Externally the caravan is in very good condition as it is inside and comes fitted with steps and handrails to both entrance doors, 2 full gas bottles and sited on a pitch of your choice.
The park itself is located in East Mersea 15minutes outside Colchester, Essex and it has direct beach access, a full 12month season and all the facilities you would expect from a family holiday.
