Here is our Jackie The Van for sale!
We've done 4000 miles on it this year and now we are moving to different shores!
It's the 2.5 Non Turbo Diesel engine with 5 speed manual gearbox. No warning lights are displaying on dashboard. Engine, gearbox, clutch and brakes work well.
It's a long wheel base high roof van that was a minibus now converted to Camper Van
I converted this van myself, using the following:
- double foil bubble insulation
- plastic wool insulation
- extra layer of double foil insulation
- wood palettes to cover the walls
- sturdy floor made out of plywood tables
- 2x 12v 100watts Solar Panels
- 1x AGM 100Ah Leisure Battery to keep everything running
- 1x 1500W (Peak 3000W) Modified Sine Wave Power Interver - 12v to 230v
- 95% dark tint film for darkening the windows
- Solar Remote Control Vent with LED light
- rearview kit 4.3" TFT LCD Monitor + wide reversing camera
- 30A MPPT Solar Panel Charge Controller with LCD USB

What is extra:
- I'm including what was left of the tint film for the buyer to reuse if wanted on the windows
- a new CITROEN RELAY 2.5 DIESEL EXHAUST SILENCER REAR TWIN BACK BOXS (worth £70) (you still need to purchase an approved CATALYTIC CONVERTER)

- Portable battery powered Outdoor Shower (this thing is amazing, although I think is to powerful sometimes)
- NEW Tyre Sealant
Known problems with the van:
- the battery is discharging faster than normal
- the CAT needs to be replaced, but I already include the rest of the exhaust with the van
- the side rear window close to the sliding door needs to be fixed and put in place (new rubbers most likely)
- it has a crack in the front window the size of a £1 coin
- small tear in driver's seat
- some paint has been peeled around drivers door near handle and near the roofline
- odd other small marks here and there due to use
- tow bar fitted but no ball or wiring to it
- no spare wheel
- very little service history known as it was maintained in house by the minibus company
- the door panels need pins to keep them in place as the last were broken to insulate (never fixed this)
Besides that she needs a full service.
She has an L Shaped Sofa that converts to a Double Bed. No mattress thought, as I always enjoyed sleeping on harder floors than matresses (better for the back!)
Included V5 and last MOT.

It was a pleasure owning and driving this Van around South England for the past 6 months, plus the pleasure of converting was incredible!!
I wish the new owner a lot of millage and pleasure with it as I did as a travel photographer!!
