We provide personal one to one coaching for people who want professional coaching on a private or independent basis or working alongside their employer. We deliver personally tailored coaching to meet your needs. We can help you to develop your strengths and find your hidden potential! We’ll make sure you’re ‘coaching ready’ with an informal initial one to one, then work up some development objectives and create a personal action plan to help you to progress. We’ll then offer regular ‘check ins’ to make sure you stay on track! We can catch up face to face or via Skype.
