Door into van has a full door length/width fly screen that can be pulled across if you want the door open on a warm day. Great keeping insects out but ideal keeping babies/small children/pets in!
Door into van is also a stable door (so can just have top half open).
Outside light which can also double as a light into an awning if you were using one.
Floor in van is lino throughout.
Front: 2 long settees either side of van that convert into a king size or a very spacious double. You can just keep them as 2 singles too. Both settees have underneath storage which you can access via a pull down door or just simply bring up the settee. One of the settees you can also access via 1 door from the outside on the van.
At one end of settee on side of wardrobe is a small fold out table (to put your tv on) with plug socket/aerial point.
Between the 2 settees is a 2 drawer unit with another compartment underneath.
The 2 drawer unit has a table top which can be pulled out to make a double table top.
Plug socket underneath this unit also.
Overhead compartments run whole length of the x 2 settee areas either side.
Both sides above settees have x 1 big light at overhead compartment area & underneath overhead compartments are x 2 spotlights both sides also.
One of the overhead compartments has a radio/cassette player inside but this compartment still also has use for storage.
Kitchen: A 4 ring hob, grill & full oven with storage underneath.
Fridge with full freezer compartment.
Over cooker and sink are 2 separate glass covers that can cover cooker and sink when not in use. These glass covers also double as chopping boards (toughened glass) but I've always used my own chopping boards.
Between the cooker and fridge there is a small compartment with pull out drawer (for cutlery) and underneath storage for washing up liquid, sponges, etc
Above cooker at the side there is a plug socket.
Overhead compartments also above sink & cooker & an extra light under one of the overhead compartments above the sink area. Ideal at night for minimal light for late night washing up or to make a drink but could also be used as a night light.
Underneath the wardrobe is a fire. You can have this set for heat to just come from fire or to be blown around the caravan too. The fire comes with different heat settings.
Good sized wardrobe inc rail.
At side of wardrobe a small compartment where 2 tables are stored & the ladders for the 5th bunk.
Bathroom with toilet, sink with hot/cold mixer tap. This tap also doubles as your shower (adjustable shower height/shower rail/shower curtain included. We've never showered in the caravan. We've used the facilities on site.
Above sink is a 2 door mirrored vanity unit.
Above toilet is a shelved unit with mirror.
4 roof lights: 1 large at the front, 3 smaller ones in the kitchen, at back end and in the bathroom. All come with fly screens & black out blinds.
3/4 length mirror on wall next to bathroom door.
Back: There is a further x 2 settee area (with underneath storage both sides) which converts into a double bed with overhead 5th bed including bedding & ladder.

This area can also be "closed off" with a concertina door for more privacy so can also double up as a spacious dressing room area for more privacy also. Ideal!
This area also has a rail underneath the back window for a small table to be put, so can also be used as a "play area" for smaller children or as a quiet area for teenagers. Another plus point!
All windows have fly screens and black out blinds. Roof lights have fly screens & black out blinds also.
Curtains also included.
Motor Mover is included in the sale which is a another huge plus point! Our first van didn't have a motor mover so having one with this van, we can definitely say makes all the difference and takes all the hassle out of moving the caravan manually. It's fun to use/watch too!

This is our 2nd van (we had our 1st one for 6 years but was over 24 years old and it started letting in water in some areas the last year or so we had it).
The Compass Rambler was purchased August 2015 and has only been used once since then at Easter 2016. Due to unforeseen reasons & our circumstances changing, we are no longer able to keep the van.
The chap we bought it from last August said it had been stored under cover and has no damp and we would agree with this because when we went to look at it we were looking at the caravan for over an hour and couldn't find any areas of damp whatsoever. We know what to look/feel for too due to problems with our previous van with water ingress.
This van has NO areas of damp!
If you are interested you can come & give it the once over & check for yourself anyway.
Even though it's only been used once by us, we have checked it regularly, winterized it (ie left compartments, wardrobe, bathroom, fridge, freezer doors open (to let air circulate ) and also put plenty of salt pots in over winter (to draw in moisture) and changed the salt regularly over the last winter.
