This Canon EOS 1300D was bought to take a photography course in September 2016. It is very easy to use and the controls are well placed. Look at the reviews to see that it is well rated. Since buying the camera it has taken just over 400 pictures. A camera like this can take 250,000 - 500,000 pictures before you can expect problems. It has also taken about 6, 10 minute videos.
