At a date to be determined in 2016 I will have available a 3m x 3m conservatory. I am willing to give this away for no payment but I would want a deposit of £250 which, if the conservatory is dismantled and removed by a date to be agreed, would be returned. But to deter time wasters, if the conservatory is not removed by the agreed date then the deposit would not be.
