Situated in the heart of the Weald of Kent, offers excellent angling for all types of fishermen on a wide range of venues in Kent and Sussex. Formed in 1951, the Club has grown over the years into what it is today, one of the areas top angling clubs with over 700 members. The Club strives to offer something for everyone whether it is specimen hunting, match fishing or of course simply fishing for pleasure! Our exclusive waters: Darwell Reservoir, Springwood Fishery, Burnt Wood, Park Farm, Pattenden Lane Reservoir, Saw Lodge Farm, Windsurf Pit Lydd, Runham Lake, 3 stretches of River Medway at East Peckham, Wateringbury & East Farleigh, Rosemary Lakes, Old & New Dowells, Appledore, River Tiese Pattenden Lane, plus all waters controlled by the Rother Fisheries Association giving our members access to 12 miles of the River Rother and 6 miles of the Royal Military Canal. WHAT CAN YOU CATCH? Our waters hold a wide variety of fish including: • Carp to 38lb • Grass Carp to 30lb • Catfish (Wels) to over 79lb ! • Tench to 13lb • Rudd to 3lb • Pike to 30lb • Eels to 9lb • Bream to 17lb • Specimen Roach • Specimen Perch • Gudgeon and Chub. Night fishing is permitted at Springwood, Windsurf Pit, Burnt Wood, Pattenden Lane, Rosemary Lakes, Runham Lake and the River Medway at East Farleigh & Wateringbury only; all our other waters are dawn to dusk fishing.
