I am selling my Delta Goodwood 2011 Caravan, which is currently based in Bunn Leisure in Selsey; it has 3 bedrooms, modest kitchen and larger lounge and sizable bathrooms. The Caravan will be able to sleep up to 8 people, which makes it ideal for renting at times when you are unable to use it. The Caravan has two petite single rooms which have two sets of single beds in each rooms, there is also a large double bedroom which houses just a double bed and included a large wardrobe. In the Living Area you have a big lounge which has a heater and a large sofa which houses a pull out bed, its has a space for a TV to be put in and would be able to connect to an aerial. It will be staying on the Site of Bunn Leisure, which would result in ground rent needing to be paid. The site fees need to be paid on 1st March and 1st October, it will be £2000 for each date. The site its self has a huge embassy which is fantastic for young and older children. situated in the embassy is a swimming pool, shop, arcade, restaurant/pub and entertainment. The Caravan is set close to the beach which is privately own by Bunn Leisure, which is always great fun for children. The site also is home to its own Fun fair which is also great for all the family. It has shops which are always open late but if you are able to drive onto the site you, then you could also adventure into Chichester Town centre which would be a 30 minutes drive. The site is scattered with other caravans and other neighbours, that are always friendly and helpful, there is also a reception on site for any help you may require. Having Selsey at 15-20 minute walk makes it idea for all of the family to adventure; lovely shops and restaurants along the high-street.
