I am posting this ad as We are a family of 5 currently living in Saltdean but due to unforeseen circumstances we have to find elsewhere to live before April 2016 with three young children, ages 1, 4 and 6 years old, we were working full time continuously since leaving School 9 years ago but unfortunately I am now considered partially disabled due to ill health since 6 years ago which requires my Fiancee to be my full time carer which means we are on full housing benefit and disability benefits. Our local housing allowance is currently £980pcm and rent at present is £1100 but we can afford anything up to £1250pcm and can get a deposit with one months notice in regards to not having a Guarentor, our housing benefit has always been paid to my bank on time with no delays and paid straight to the landlord before its even been due to be paid to him, we are a friendly, reliable, quiet family needing a more permanant home for our children as it is not fair having to unsettle them and move them at such a young age, especially taking into consideration my serious health conditions, we just want a place to call home for us as a family. We would like a 3-4 bedroom house in Peacehaven or Telscombe, but would stretch from Newhaven to Saltdean if we have to, to ensure we have a roof over our heads, we would love a garden and driveway if possible, but driveway isnt essential,gas central heating is needed for the children. please note as stated above, a guarantor is not a possibility but our rent has always been paid on time via housing benefit with no issues, please only contact me if you have a property that is suitable for us as a family and comes with a reliable decent landlord that will do proper inspections and follow all law requirements and tenancy agreements, we are happy to view most days but do need a few hours notice. thank you for.
