hi please please can anyone help me and my family we are currently living in a tent due to being homeless which is through no fault of our own it was down to a bad landlord but the council just won't help we were renting a caravan which the landlord failed to tell us that we would have to leave in january due to the site closing leaving us nowhere to go i was staying at my mums 1 bed flat with her all 4 of us but due to her health we have had to leave leaving us with nowhere we will be on housing benefit which can be paid direct to landlord if required i also have a council rent deposit which covers first mths rent we really don't mind the condition of the property as more then willing to clean and decorate at our own expense if needed i can provide a working guarantor and i do have a reference we have no pets only a little hamster who is well behaved please please if anyone can help with either a long or short term let it would mean everything to us i can promise you it will be well cared for i understand that some people are very weary of housing benefit tenants but i can promise you with all my heart the property will be well cared for 100% please please im begging for any help i so want to get my daughter back into fulltime education as she is missing out at the moment and it would be her gcse time please can anyone help me thankyou for
