Parking on public road. Preferred stable professional working person or full time dedicated student. Really sorry no smoking in house or immediate outside premises of property or wild parties or friend(s) overnight as is a family home. Build in tv aerial in room. Suit someone with not a lot of stuff as apart from room no other space available.
