There is a lovely double bedroom up for rent with all bills included, use of loft for storage, two bathrooms, wasger dryer,parking space, clean tidy all mod cons kitchen, use of a lovely front room and games consoles and free wifi. The house is very nicely decorated and comfy! There is a conservatory which needs some work doing come summer but will be a lovely extra room to relax. A lovely garden with space for you to even plant some flowers or anything if you desire. There is a drive parking space as I dont drive its free for you to use. There is also a converted shed that needs carpeting if perhaps you wanted a more private space to customise a bit to your taste. I am 24 year old male home owner, relaxed, friendly, jiujitsu practioner and I cook a lot. This add is mainly aimed for a female occupant (students welcome), isnt for a weird reason haha just not a fan of living with other men (tried and never worked out). Perfectly respectful of eachothers space and just feel much better having a women living in my first owned house if that makes any sense ha! Smoking is acceptable either in the garden or back door, the out shed, or your own room providing you have some kind of air purifier, the house never smells of smoke as that is disgusting and deffintly unwelcome! Unfortunately I can not say this house is dog or cat friendly unless perhaps you was interested in the converted shed which already has heating and eletric just needs carpeting.
