The double room is newly carpeted and decorated and overlooks a large garden at the back of the house. It contains a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a desk, swivel chair, and a chest of draws. We are located in a quiet neighbourhood and we are looking for a social- able but quiet flat mate, who is clean and tidy, pays the rent on time and respectful of the other occupants. Who are we- two males, Caribbean and Iranian, an Eritrean female and her 10yr old son. Language spoken – English Italian and Farsi. Interests – sports, fitness and travel, Politics, Religion. Professions – Mixed – Professional Care and Manual. The house is located near to the city centre of Birmingham, also with local shops and amenities are within easy access to the M5 and M6. The kitchen has just been completely refurbished (finishing as I write) and contains a large ridge, cooker cabinets, flooring and ceiling which are all new. The house comprises a shower and toilet on the first floor, a utility room and toilet on the ground floor. To the back of the house we are blessed with a huge garden, which is very peaceful to sit in. The rent includes the bills and
