Hello! We have a furnished double bedroom with a large closet available for rent in our 2 bedroom flat. We are a friendly little family with an adorable (and quiet!) 8 month old. We like to play board games and socialize on weekends but we get up early during the week! We have rented this room out on AirBnB and have had great reviews but now we would like to rent it out full time. The flat is close to Preston Park (2 mins from Preston Park Station), there is a number 5 and 5a bus stop in front of our place as well. We have a washing machine, wifi and you have your own refrigerator! Rent does not include sharing bills (about £80 per month). We will also need a deposit equal to 1 month rent (£425).
