double room with ensuite in central Brighton - wanted

I am a young professional female working full time in the travel industry, looking for a relaxed and friendly house/flat share.
I am willing to consider a double room with shared bathroom. However, ensuite would be ideal. Looking for a very spacious room and am flexible on the moving in date.
I am looking for a room in central Brighton and Hove (walking distance to Churchill Square). I don't smoke but I don't mind if other people in the house do. I have two guinea pigs who live in a cage so the landlord has to be ok with small pets who won't run around the room.
I am flexible and if i love the atmosphere of the house, I could do with a smaller room too, it all depends! so yes, please get in touch if you could help.
