My name is Phil, i am freelance drummer based in Surrey. I have just finished a long run of touring internationally and have decided to take on some private students for this new year.
I teach out of my fully equipped studio in Byfleet and all level players (beginners to advanced) as well as all ages are welcome. I cover most styles of music and techniques and am able to record parts of your lessons which is extremely valuable when monitoring progress. Home visits are also possible in some cases.
I have studied drums at the Vienna Jazz Conservatory and have been working out of the UK since 2004. Some of the artists i am/have been working with include: Mike + The Mechanics, Nik Kershaw, Go West, Roachford and many others.
