Our general service as following:
1. Installs, monitors and supports internal/external networks, servers, email, database and security systems;
2. Analyses performance and makes recommendations to improve reliability, usability, security and other aspects of system performance;
3. Identifies problems, agrees remedial action and undertakes emergency maintenance if required;`
4. Acts as a liaison between user, outside supplers, and other technical teams;
5. Provides guidance to users on hardware, software and network operations;
6. Develops and maintains site administration documentation and configuration records.
